Description Prof. Srećko Goić is a full professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics. He has been the member of organizing team with several international conferences and the member of the editorial boards of several international journals. Working on various positions and projects, heading departments and postgraduate programs, he acquired significant experience and skills in coordination and administration of people, projects and budgets in the field of academic work and higher education. His major fields of scientific research include Organization Theory, Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Financial Participation, Project Management, Entrepreneurship and SME development, Business Ethics, Cultural Values and Attitudes, Local Economic Development.
