Quality Assurance

The NICE Foundation is a registered education provider that is certified by the Dutch CRKBO. This certification allows the NICE Foundation to provide educational events without having to charge Value-Added Tax from 2021-2023.

To receive this certificate, the quality assurance procedures of the NICE Foundation were audited by a professional auditor for educational organisations. The audit assures that requirements are met in terms of the following subjects:

• Organisation
• Teachers
• Information
• Contract terms & Terms of payment and delivery
• Course delivery
• Examinations (not applicable in our case)
• Complaints regulation
  

The NICE Foundation fulfilled all criteria at the last audit on December 30, 2020.
